Before Watchmen Announcement

According to the latest issue of the New Frontiersman it is Judgment Day. DC Comics is pulling out all the stops to engage the fans of the best selling comic book of all time WATCHMEN written by Alan Moore almost 30 years ago and the Watchmen Movie directed by Sack Snyder of 300 fame. The New Frontiersman new paper is in both the printed and filmed version. DC has brought it to life with an interactive website that gives clues to next month’s Before Watchmen prequels. In total there will be 8 Mini-Series that will explore the iconic characters of the Watchmen series.

 

The announcement of new Watchmen material has been meet with much criticism, But DC Comics is putting their best talent on each of the 8 titles. June will see the first issues of Minutemen (6/6), Silk Spectre (6/13), Comedian(6/20), Nite Owl (6/27). Ozymandias comes out the following week on July 4th, but we have to wait for Rorschach (8/15) and Dr. Manhattan (8/22) till August.
