Synopsis for “Code of Dishonor”
Spotting a horseback woman being chased by a gang of outlaws, the Two-Gun Kid attempts to come to her aid, trying to slow down her pursuers. Among them is a man named Dusty Gore, who tells the Kid to stay out of their business and sends his men after the girl, Nan. Refusing to stand down, the Two-Gun Kid begins opening fire when suddenly Nan rushes in and stops the fight. Nan suddenly explains that Dusty is her fiancee and they soon ride away leaving the Kid to wonder what he just stumbled into.
Later, the Kid rides into the town of Flintlock and finds the place deserted. An old timer comes out hiding and warns the Kid that the town is about to see lead fly as love sick Dan Fraser is seeking to get revenge after Dusty Gore stole his girl and ruined her father. Recalling Gore’s name, he learns from the old man that Nan is the daughter of Jess Ford who was blackmailed into giving up his daughters hand in marriage to Gore. Learning that Dan Fraser is in a nearby saloon, the Two-Gun Kid finds the young man there drunk out of his mind. When Dan passes out, the Two-Gun Kid changes into Dan’s clothing and goes out into the dark night to face Dusty on his own. His identity obscured in the dark, the Two-Gun Kid shoots down Dusty’s men sand destroys his gun before fleeing back to change out of Dan’s clothes.
Recovering the drunk lad, Two-Gun Kid takes him out of town and sets up camp. When Dan has sobered up he tells the Two-Gun Kid that Nan’s father owed heavy gambling debts to Dusty Gore and had agreed to marry Nan off to him in order to clear his debts. The Two-Gun Kid then agrees to help Dan out and the two ride into town where Dusty is just then trying to force the local priest into marrying him and Nan. Two-Gun and Dan come crashing into the church where they gun down Dusty, saving Nan from being forced into marriage with the ruthless man and she thanks Dan by covering his face with kisses.
