Dan The Unharmable #1 Review

Dan the Unharmable is actually a series from Avatar Press and the mind of David Lapham that I’ve really been looking forward to. I’m the glad the wait is finally over because the book does not disappoint.

Dan, cannot be harmed. Have you gathered that much yet? Not only that, but he also has some impressive strength to go with that invincibility. Dan’s lazy, minds his own business for the most part, enjoys being homeless, and does certain “side jobs” when he needs a little extra dough. His life consists pretty much of sleeping, talking to his well intentioned friend Tober, and listening to some Melvins on his compact discman. He’s not a hired hitman, just a guy, who just happens to be invincible, trying to live stress free in a high stress world. But his blood pressure is about to spike as a young woman claiming to be his daughter tracks Dan down and involves him in her mother’s, and subsequently Dan’s ex lover’s, current murder investigation. This will not end quietly.
